2017 GOLDEN APPLE TEACHER

 Ms. Lynch has been teaching for 6 years in Lee County. This is her first year at Harns Marsh Middle School. She grew up in Collier County, Florida, and migrated to Lee County for college where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from Florida Gulf Coast University. She began teaching middle school English while she was in graduate school for English and fell in love with the profession. She has never looked back on her decision to teach middle school and knows that this is where she will fulfill her life's purpose. She thanks her mentors in education, the Foundation for Lee County Public Schools, her colleagues, and most importantly her students for nominating her and selecting her for this prestigious award.

Mrs. Liddle has been a School Counselor at Harns Marsh Middle for 5 years. She is originally from Indiana, but she truly feels that Florida is her home now and Harns Marsh has made a huge contribution to this. She loves her students and attributes receiving this award to them.

Amanda Innarelli

Mrs. Amanda Innarelli, ESE Teacher & Department Head

LEE COUNTY ESE TEACHER OF THE YEAR

Mrs. Innarelli has been teaching for 8 years and at Harns Marsh Middle since the school opened in 2011. She is dedicated to teaching our next generation how to be successful students and productive citizens. Mrs. Innarelli is a leader among many, but her area of expertise is with our Exceptional Student Education population. Her impact with students is evident by the number of high school students who come back to visit and to share their successes with her.
