Hours of Operation
7:00am -9:00 am / 4:00pm – 6:00 pm
Fees/Payments
$30.00 Registration Fee per child (non-refundable)
$30.00 Weekly for morning, prepaid payments due Mondays
$30.00 Weekly for afternoon, prepaid payments due Mondays
In the event that payment is not made, the student will not be able to utilize the program until the past due amount is paid in full. At the end of the school year, any remaining balance owed will be forwarded to the student's District Destiny Account until paid in full.
Online payments are accepted ($1.20 per item convenience fee).

Custody Agreement/Payment Agreement
If there is a shared custody agreement, please provide the court documentation. If you have a payment agreement through shared custody, please provide documentation outlining who are the responsible parties.
Medication
Any prescribed medication by a physician that your child needs to take during the program hours, must be registered with the HMMS School Nurse.
Any allergens must be noted with the School Nurse and listed on the registration form.
Discipline
Bull Pen Prepaid Program adheres to the same District Code of Conduct. Parents will be notified of any misbehavior issues or concerns, along with appropriate consequences per the Code of Conduct. Not adhering to the Code of Conduct may result in dismissal from the program.
