General Information for Intramural Sports Participation

To be eligible for intramural sports, students must:

• Maintain at least a 2.0 GPA from the previous quarter’s report card.

• Demonstrate appropriate behavior at all times.

• Have a completed sports physical for the school year.

• Submit the following required forms:

  • Intramural Athletics Acknowledgement

  • Consent & Release Form

  • Insurance Information

After-School Transportation Reminder

Students must know how they are getting home before staying after school.

• Activity Buses: Available for students. Please check the schedule for the bus stop and arrival time nearest to your home.

• Parent Pick-Up: If students are being picked up, please arrive by 5:15 p.m.
